Free carrier FAQ
Who gets the free carrier?
Meal Pass members who are new to delivery — you've never placed a delivery order with us, or your last one was more than 30 days ago.
Is there a minimum order?
Within 10 miles of a Mom2Mom kitchen — no minimum at all. 11–15 miles away — your cart needs to be $25 or more. Beyond 15 miles the offer isn't available yet.
How do I claim it?
Use the eligibility check at the top of the page — your Meal Pass phone number and delivery address. If you qualify, just place a delivery order — the carrier arrives with your meals.
Do I have to return the carrier?
No — the 5-tier stainless steel carrier is yours to keep. No deposits, no returns.
Does it work with pickup orders?
The carrier ships only with delivery orders. You can still order pickup anytime — it just won't include the free carrier.
When does the offer end?
The offer runs for 30 days — through September 12, 2026 — and stock is limited, so earlier is better. One carrier per member; no cash value; can't be combined with other free-item offers.
